Upward Staff Member with a question, concern, or compliment.
Inclement weather policy: We follow the Hanover School System when
canceling practice. We will not have practice the first day Hanover
schools are closed. After that, the Upward Staff will make daily
decisions. Please check the Upward Hotline and the website here for
updated information.
Refund Policy: Upon completion of your child’s registration, you are
entitled to a 100% refund up to the time the uniform order is placed
with Upward Unlimited. At that time, our refund policy entitles you
to the amount paid less $45 to cover our non-refundable cost from
Upward Unlimited.
