Opportunities - Service Ministries

• Facilities Ministries - Facilities - This team oversees the administration and operation of all properties and grounds, including  on-going maintenance and repairs and outside service contracts.  They also recommend policies regarding the use of church facilities.
   
• Facilities Ministries - Transportation / Vehicles Ministries -  This team oversees the operation and maintenance of all vehicles and assures that vehicles are used according to acceptable policies.
   
• Food Service Ministries - The Food Service Team coordinates all food service operations for Wednesday family supper, church functions, and functions by outside organizations or persons.  They also maintain food service / kitchen equipment and train new team members regarding health, maintenance, and operational issues.
   
• Wedding & Funeral Ministries - These teams provide leadership and recommend policies related to all weddings and funerals at Cool Spring.
   
• Special Ministries - The Special Ministries Team coordinates the use of our facilities by outside groups.  The groups include Scouts, AA, NA,  Community Bible Study, and many more.
   
• Fix-Up Squad - Join 5-7 other energetic stay-at-home folks every other Tuesday morning from about 9:00 a.m. (after coffee and conversation in the Rec Center, of course) until about noon, as they do small fix-up jobs around our facility. These may include installing a bulletin board, changing a door knob, fixing a step, shaving down a door, light electrical, etc. For more information or to sign up call Ted in the Facilities Office at 746-2152.
