Drama is used throughout the year at Cool Spring during
worship services and special events. Through sketches, inspirational
readings, testimonies and other dramatic elements, this ministry seeks
to enhance worship by capturing the attention and directing the minds
and hears of people toward God and His message. The drama team meets
once a month, and incorporates smaller teams of actors, prop managers,
writers, and directors.
During special presentations throughout the year, such as Christmas,
dramatic presentation facilitates spiritual growth and outreach by
sharing the gospel message.
All ages can participate in the Drama Ministry, and Pastor Glen Bohannan
has put out a call for those led to participate in the Drama Ministry,
"We are looking for ordinary people who feel called to use the acting
skills in short worship service sketches or more extensive productions
or concert events. Please call Pastor Glen to inquire further or to sign
up. Our casting directors will notify you when we have a part we feel
will best suit your personality and abilities."
