Missions
Promotion
Missions Promotion at Cool Spring consists of the promotion, prayer, and giving
for the four Weeks of Prayer for International, North American, State, and
Associational Missions during the year. At other times during the year,
missions awareness is promoted through prayer requests, special talks and
presentations by groups and individuals returning from missions trips, and
through presentations during Worship Services.

International Missions (Lottie Moon) - The Lottie Moon Christmas
Offering for International Missions supports over 5,000 missionaries in
the field all over the world. All of the funds (100%) donated to the
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering go directly to missionaries to support
basic needs such as food, shelter, church building, educational
materials, etc.

North American Missions (Annie Armstrong) - One hundred percent of
the gifts to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American
Missions will help start 2,200 churches in the United States and Canada,
support more than 5,000 missionaries, sends hundreds of student
missionaries throughout North America, fund evangelistic media campaigns
in strategic cities, and much more.

Virginia
Missions (Alma Hunt) - The Alma Hunt offering for Virginia Missions
is named after Alma Hunt, a Virginia born academian who has
traveled the world (over 93 countries) to further the cause of missions.
- Associational Missions - This offering supports
the Dover Baptist Association, to which Cool Spring belongs.
