Operation
Christmas Child - Collecting Shoeboxes Now through November 12th!
Operation Christmas Child is a division of
Samaritan's Purse
founded by Franklin Graham. Each year shoe boxes filled with toys
and personal items are collected and shipped to children in need around
the world. The shoe boxes are a way for Americans to share with
less fortunate children and provide a way to share Jesus. A
Christmas tree is decorated at church with brochures for families to
take so they can fill a box for a boy or a girl. Cool Spring
members donated 355 shoeboxes in 2005 to support the ministry of
Operation Christmas Child.
