This page discusses some of those opportunities, and gives photo
examples from fellowship activities in the past. There is also
an extensive listing of photos and videos from prior activities on
the Download and Photo Page.
One question may be how to stay on top of what is going on at Cool
Spring. The Sunday morning bulletin at Worship Service lists
many activities, and you can subscribe to Emailed newsletters from
several ministries. Of course, the website updates activities
frequently.
The #1 fellowship opportunity is being involved in a
small group Bible Study. These include Sunday morning
Bible Study for all ages, and other small groups that meet
during the week. Click the links below for more
information:
There are also a number of seasonal Bible studies, with
new courses added in the fall, winter, and spring.
Many of these, such as Community Bible Study, are ongoing,
but you can still join at any time. Many of these give
the opportunity for separate men's and women's groups, as
well as student-age groups.
There are endless opportunities of service and ways to be
involved at Cool Spring. Most of these also include
Christian fellowship, as everyone is working together toward a
common goal like a member of a team. Some activities are
annual events, such as volunteering to help with C.A.R.I.T.A.S.,
Vacation Bible School, or annual musical / drama events.
Other activities are ongoing, such as watching children in the
nursery on Sunday mornings, teaching Sunday School or AWANA,
helping on a chair team, helping with Upward, or working at the
Rec Center front desk.
All activities of service and fellowship are rewarding, and
there is something for everyone - even children. The
Volunteer Page is frequently updated and
shows current volunteer needs. Also, every
Ministry section has a listing of
potential places of service and fellowship.
Examples of Past Fellowship / Volunteer Opportunities

and Shrimp Fry for church wide attendance.
The Middle and High
School Ministries have several retreats each year as
well as missions opportunities. They have also
sponsored fundraising church wide dinners.
The Recreation
