Upward Basketball and Cheerleading 2008 -
The last game day is March 15th. Check the Basketball and Cheerleading

Has Ended. The first game day is April 5th. Spring
2008 Adult Basketball Leagues:

Summer Basketball Camps:
The dates for this year's boys and
girls skill development basketball camps are:
Boys Camp: July 7 - 11, 2008
Girls Camp: July 14 - 18, 2008
Camp will include:
T-shirt, Basketball workout manual, Certificate of participation,
Specialized instruction, Special Character Awards
Both camps will be facilitated by Rolando Lamb, member of VCU
Basketball Hall of Fame and former Seattle Supersonic.
Ages of the participants are 8 to 17. Cost TBD.
Registration begins April 1, 2008.
Men's Softball
League: We're looking
for a few good men! We're forming 2 teams to compete in the Hanover
County Church League. Are you interested? One team will be in a
competitive league and the other team will just be playing for fun.
The cost will be $35, but you don't have to pay to sign up. Sign up
at the Rec Center by March 1.

fifteenth time, there is always something new and exciting to
discover. This day tour is no exception and it has something for
everyone. Historical monuments from the past and present
preserve history and time with their greatness. Washington's
skyline is remarkable to the say the least, and with its newest
memorial, the World War II Memorial, it is that much more
impressive. Come see all the sight and enjoy a day in
Washington.

$15 cost includes lunch and a guided tour. Sign up and pay in
